A healthy start

This was at my home in nellore.

An apple a day keeps the doctor away.....

Almost everyone knows the saying...its not just about an apple, but having fruits in our daily diet is a very healthy option.
Fruits give us the required roughage, which helps us to have proper bowel movements.
They are rich in anti-oxidants, thus destroy the free radicals which are harmful.
They are very filling, which will make us eat the other stuff less.
They are rich in vitamins and minerals which are very useful.

And what not...the list is endless...so why delay...lets just start eating FRUITS.

Welcome to DEEPTHI'S KITCHEN

Hello! food lovers......
Welcome to my kitchen...
I was always fascinated by the way people cook and wondered if it was a very tough task to make something tasty....but my myths were busted when i finally decided to take a peek into my mom's kitchen...all she told me was...you gotta keep your head clear while you cook and add a little love....huh? what she meant was...YOU GOTTA LOVE WHAT YOU COOK AND THE PEOPLE WHOM YOU COOK FOR...And BELIEVE IN YOURSELF...Thus my experiments with food started and I must say...I'm pretty pleased with the results so far...Praise God.
You know what I ALSO PRAY BEFORE I COOK...seems funny to many out there...but that really works..trust me on that...:)

This blog is going to be a tell tale of everything I'm gonna cook in my kitchen.

This includes many different cuisines and will try to provide a detailed method of various recipes with a clear photograph, hope you enjoy your stay and HAPPY COOKING FOLKS...!

This blog is dedicated to my Dearest Mom....she is my inspiration....and my master chef....:)
